Pre-construction Anchors

Ram Jack® pre-construction anchors consist of the combination of helical anchors topped with a pre-construction bracket especially designed for supporting foundations during construction.

For new, pre-construction situations, especially on questionable soils, pre-construction foundation anchors can guarantee that there will be no costly foundation settling problems in the future by preventing downward settlement before it starts. By monitoring hydraulic pressures, anchors are load tested as they are installed.

Installation

Ram Jack® helical screw anchor piers are first driven into load bearing strata below. They are then capped with pre-construction brackets. These bracket are then tied to rebar in the foundation setup before the concrete is poured.
